Interculturalism as the test of democracy was a slogan of the fourth TOT training for strengthening intercultural and interreligious competencies was held on 8 and 9 February 2020 in Hotel Bristol, Sarajevo. TOT trainings are held as part of the EMIL programme (Ethos of Multicultural and Interreligious Learning) of TPO Foundation. 14 participants - professors that three Ministries for education recommended (CS, HNC and CBC), successfully completed the fourth training where have practiced TILKA methodology with professor Vesna Mikolič from the University of Trieste and Koper.

The participants had the opportunity to learn the relationship of the group and the individual from the language, to problematize the (in) possibility of socio-cultural adaptation, to discuss intertwining of cultures and languages, the empowerment and lull of a cultural group, cultural responsibility, power theory and the keywords of culture. TILKA methodology shows investigation of literature as a foreign language and how culture is reflected in language.
